Hello everyone. My name is Kira. As of today I'm starting a liquid fast that I'll cary out for at least three days, but will actually go for as long as possible. I am allowing myself every day up to 300 calories in:
100% fruit juice
No soda, no artificial sweeteners, no added sodium. I'm vegan, so hence the soy milk, but if anyone wants to join me and wants to drink real milk, that's perfectly fine.
